This mask is made of elastane, which is very flexible and stretchy, allowing it to fit perfectly on the horse's head.
Neoprene earmuffs.
The eyes are protected by highly resistant metal mesh covers sewn onto the hood, allowing for excellent visibility and air circulation (particularly for healing). They also protect against insects and prevent your horse from rubbing its eyes.
This model features blinders around the mesh shells that can be removed if they are not needed.
Closure with 2 buckles under the chest.

As with any hard shell mask, we recommend checking that the mask fits securely, especially if your horse wears it outdoors.

If this is the case, and subject to its terms and conditions and the policy taken out, it will require the products to be prescribed by your veterinarian on the prescription they give you.
Horses are not designed to wear masks! Make sure at least once a day that the mask has not moved and that your horse is comfortable wearing it. We take the utmost care in manufacturing our products and selecting materials, but every horse is different and it is your responsibility to check that the equipment you have chosen (model + size) provides the necessary protection for your horse's eyes.
FranceThe mask is sturdy and protects the eyes well, but... it lets flies in! The Lycra isn't stretchy enough, and the neoprene earpieces get really hot in summer; a lighter material would be welcome. With a few modifications, this product would be worth its rather high price.
LuxembourgI bought this mask in anticipation of a minor eye (eyelash) operation on my mare. The mask does not fit very well on the horse's head because the leather part is very hard, and after four days the metal was already badly bent and deformed. I was hoping to stop her from scratching, but unfortunately it doesn't work and I'm afraid she'll hurt herself even more if the metal deforms so easily. Nevertheless, I really need this type of mask and will buy the more expensive plastic version, hoping that it will hold up better. I am disappointed with this purchase. If I had known, I would have bought the Equivizor model straight away, which would have saved me an extra €100...

IMPORTANT: Do not measure directly from one eye to the other, as this will likely result in an inaccurate measurement.
